It is a beautiful story of heritage that embodies today Forge de LAGUIOLE by launching the last born of his knives:  the Laguiole folding knives "120-year anniversary of the Eiffel Tower."

The exploiting company of the Eiffel Tower allows the Forge de Laguiole, to use the puddle iron taken from the Eiffel Tower to make a very special and limited edition of Laguiole knives.

It is the very first time that the Eiffel Tower’s iron is used to make a collectable product.
No polishing, no shaping, but a metal cutting hair in his painting of origin for the handle, and for the sharpness, it is of course the great blade stamped Forge de Laguiole.
